I am an off-plan property consultant in Dubai. I trained and worked as a civil project engineer, ran my own real-estate and financial-planning business in Kerala for seven years, and have advised buyers in Dubai since 2024. I work in English, Hindi, Malayalam and Tamil.

How I got here

Senior project engineer
Two years on construction sites in Qatar as a senior project engineer with a trading and contracting company: programmes, drawings, method statements, inspections and handovers. The habit of checking the drawing before trusting the promise comes from here, and so does the way I read a build stage.

Nearly seven years running Abode Enterprises in Kerala. I sold residential real estate in Thiruvananthapuram through two YouTube channels of my own, one on local property and one on financial planning, and held licences to advise on life and health insurance and mutual funds. Explaining a purchase to a family in their own words, with the numbers on the table, became the job.

Property consultant in Dubai since 2024, specialising in off-plan: pre-launch and new developments, payment plans, project analysis and risk assessment, for investors and for people buying a home. I coordinate the developer, the escrow and the Dubai Land Department paperwork through to transfer, and stay on the file through handover and snagging.
