What this website does with the details you send, in plain words.

Who is responsible

This website is mine: Savio Gonsalvez, off-plan property consultant in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It is a personal website, not a brokerage website.

What is collected

If you use the enquiry form, this website stores nothing: it writes a WhatsApp message from what you type (your name, a budget band, whether you are buying to live or to invest, your preferred language, an optional note) and opens WhatsApp for you to send it. Nothing leaves the page unless you press send in WhatsApp.

If you message on WhatsApp, the conversation is held in WhatsApp under Meta’s terms, not on this website.

Why, and for how long

Your details are used to reply to you on WhatsApp and to prepare for that conversation. They are not sold, shared with developers, or added to a newsletter. Enquiries are deleted when they are no longer needed to answer you; you can ask for yours to be deleted at any time by WhatsApp message.

Where it is stored

Nothing from the form is stored on this website; your enquiry lives in our WhatsApp conversation. The site is hosted on Vercel.

Analytics

The site uses Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which do not use cookies and do not identify you. There is no advertising tracking and no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Your rights

Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021) you may ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and object to its use. Send the request on WhatsApp to +971 56 378 8587.
